Research Methodology

1.    Research Syndicates are formed comprising of 6 or 7 Probationary officers.

2.    Each research syndicate is supervised by a faculty member.

3.    Research topics are assigned to research syndicates for group research.

4.    Lectures on Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methodology.

5.    Weekly Research Syndicate workshops.

6.    Each member of the syndicate is assigned specific assignment with regards to preparation of research paper.

7.    Each syndicate prepares its report using primary and secondary data.

8.    Research Syndicates are required to present their research papers during the presentation week which is followed by a Question & Answer session.

9.    10% of evaluation marks of STP are allocated to Research Activity.

10. The Evaluation criteria is based on:

a.    Class Participation

b.    Quality of Presentation

c.    Contribution in Report writing
